Cumulative patch against ipw2200 v1.0.4:
	- Fixes the scan problem that made capture stop (by dragorn?)
	- Allows to use all channels (up to channel 14)
	- Sets wep bit on every data packet:
		Activate: iwpriv <dev> monitor 69 <channel>
		Deactivate: iwpriv <dev> monitor 1 <channel>  
			or
			    iwpriv <dev> monitor 0 <channel>

	Example: iwpriv eth1 monitor 69 6
